Types of Cookies I Use

First-Party Attribution Cookies (Digify)

I use first-party cookies to record campaign attribution data — which channel, source, and campaign brought you here — so I can understand what marketing is working. These cookies are not strictly necessary and are only set if you accept the Analytics or Advertising category in the consent banner. If you decline both, none of these cookies are written, and if you later withdraw consent, any existing values are deleted.

With the same consent, I also derive an aggregate, pseudonymous record from these sessions — the sequence of pages viewed and a rough dwell-time band — used to understand how visitors move through the site. This record is never linked to you or any persistent identifier and cannot be used to track you across visits, and it is automatically deleted after 90 days.

Cookieless Performance Monitoring (Vercel)

This site uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, provided by our hosting platform, to measure page performance and aggregate visit counts. These services are cookieless: they set no cookies, store nothing on your device, and use no cross-site identifiers, which is why they are not listed in the consent banner. They process the pages you visit and technical request data (such as your IP address, which is not retained as an identifier) on the basis of legitimate interest in keeping the site fast and reliable. Vercel is listed with its transfer safeguards on the sub-processors page.

Voice Assistant

This site offers an optional voice assistant powered by ElevenLabs. It is off by default: it does not track you, sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and does not access your microphone until you explicitly click to start a conversation and grant your browser’s microphone permission. While a conversation is active, your speech is streamed to ElevenLabs to generate the assistant’s replies, and the ElevenLabs component may use your browser’s local storage to manage the live session.
